This is a 2 building business center on a 3.5 acre site.

The buildings are designed for about 75% office space and 25% storage space with a total of 43,330 square feet.

The exterior walls are tilt-up concrete with the exception of the towers which are wood framed with cement plaster and brick veneer finishes. The front of the buildings are designed as storefront and the alley between the buildings is for loading spaces with roll up doors. The city had strict requirements for sight lines at the drive entries which were challenging to comply with on a curved street. It was built as a shell and then we helped with tenant improvements as new tenants showed interest in the space until the both buildings were fully built out.
