Temecula, CA

A growing robotics company needed a new facility for manufacturing and distribution. The project is on a lot with a difficult shape and limited access against the hills west of Temecula. Elevated above Temecula, it has incredible views of Temecula Valley and the San Jacinto Mountains. The building was oriented to take advantage of those views while still allowing truck access and open park areas.

The building and site are designed for 2 phases. The first phase is 24,800 square feet and the second phase allows them to expand to a total of 31,200 square feet. We developed a detailed space plan based on the client’s program for their 12,000 square feet of office space. The offices feature views off the valley, an open lobby with a double stair, glass walls and a large conference room.
