This 47,841 square foot, two story vocational school can be seen from the 15 north freeway ramp to the 10 west freeway.  With several years of vocational school experience under our belt, San Joaquin Valley College asked us to help them move one of their colleges to this new location with more space.

The lot was a good fit for them because it had previous planning approval for a building of this size and a graded pad.  The building is a tilt-up concrete structure with an elevator, administrative offices and classroom areas for teaching dental assistants, computer science technicians and medical assistants.
