Location: Fontana, CA

This building was intended to replace the old prefabricated metal building west of it on the same 4.8 acre lot. The business required loading space for large trucks and space to process steel.  It was designed as a tilt-up concrete structure with 46,445 square feet of manufacturing  space and 4,000 square feet of administrative office. The floor structure for a second floor of office was designed as well to allow for the future expansion of the office area. The project was started back in 2003.  It went through planning approval and construction documents before the owner sold the property to another owner and the project was not built.
