Location: Ontario, CA

This project was built as a shell building for multiple tenants on a 3.26 acre site.  The end portions are two stories and have private parking garages below them. The building is approximately 43,000 square feet. It is a tilt-up concrete building and used aluminum composite material to give the building a more modern appearance. We custom detailed the stainless steel cable rail system on the second level balconies. Although the building was intended for multiple tenants, one large tenant ended up occupying the entire ground floor at first. We helped with several of the tenant improvements as the building filled up with tenants.
