Location: Lake Elsinore, CA

This project began as two mirrored buildings on a 1.6 acre site. The first two buildings are 14,636 square feet each.

They are tilt-up concrete construction.  Most of the buildings space is used for warehouse and manufacturing with about 2,000 square feet used for 2 stories of office space.  The space between the building is large enough to allow trucks to pull in and out of truck wells.

The following year, the client came back to us and had us work on the lot next store to build 3 more similar buildings on 1.69 acres.  The buildings are smaller having areas of 9,200, 9,200 and 9,656 square feet.
